We are offering a second session as the first Webinar is now full. I will be co-hosting this on-line training opportunity.

This Webinar – “Navigating Grief in Times of Crisis” is part of the “Serving amidst a Crisis” series.

UnitingCare Community Recovery Lifeline is offering some support/training through this time.

If there is sufficient interest we will certainly look to offer more opportunities. There is no cost to participate in this webinar.

It is important to learn how to care for yourself and those around you during times of loss and grief. As a society we are currently experiencing multiple losses and we don’t always pause long enough to acknowledge the emotional and psychological strain these losses are causing. As humans our normal and natural response to loss is to experience grief. Grief can express itself in a variety of emotional, psychological and physical symptoms. In order to adjust to change in our lives it may be helpful to acknowledge the losses that have occurred and the ways in which we may be grieving their absence. It is important to take care of yourself and give yourself time to heal, as you allow yourself to grieve and adjust to the changes in your life.

For this first one I am taking registrations on a first in basis.
