FTML Fundamentals of Transitional Ministry: The Work of the Leader (FTML), is a three-day course designed to upskill and equip ministers and those in lay ministry with the skills to support congregations in times of transition or change as a community.

While it is a stand-alone program, it can also be the first phase of training that leads to being qualified as an Intentional Interim Minister.
FTML is useful for anyone in lay or ordained ministry, who are dealing with change, transition and new opportunities and also for those exploring a call to Intentional Interim Ministry.

FTML will be led by Brian Hoole, congregational Minister Emmanuel Uniting Church and Lyn Burden currently leading an Intentional Interim Ministry at Indooroopilly Uniting Church. This course is authorised under the Interim Ministry Network and carries an international accreditation.
